Our spelt saison was brewed directly into large-format neutral French oak and aged for 14 months, followed by 6 months of bottle conditioning. AG is nutty and bready, with a floral, faintly earthy nose. A touch of bitterness balances out a rustic, tart edge. This beer is one of our absolute favourites out of our ever expanding barrel programme
