All orders require a signature upon delivery, and must be signed for by someone over the age of 18.

Please address your order to an address where this can happen between the hours of 9am to 5pm (i.e Your Work address)

Click & Collect

We allow a click & collection option to pick up at the Hamilton Beer and Wine Company, 413 Anglesea Street, Hamilton. Please allow 24 hours for us to pick your order and get it drop off to the store. You should receive an email when your order has been dropped off to the store and is able to be picked up.

Courier Delivery
We ship exclusively via Post Haste. Freight charges for your order are automatically calculated as you add items to your shopping cart. Some items may take longer to reach you if you live in a rural area. We will email you tracking information for your order when it is despatched from us.

North Island Orders
North Island Orders that are not Rural Delivery are shipped overnight. Deliveries will usually arrive the day after your order has shipped. Rural orders will take an additional couple of days.

South Island Orders
South Island Orders are shipped via 48Hr Courier. Deliveries will take two - three working days.

Insurance
All orders shipped are insured at no additional charge.

International orders
We accept orders from outside of New Zealand for delivery to New Zealand addresses.

Orders shipping to addresses outside New Zealand purchased from www.beercellar.co.nz will NOT be shipped.
