Alcohol

At The Beer Cellar we require any purchaser or acceptor of alcohol purchased to confirm they are aged 18 years or older. It is against the law to sell, supply or provide alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years. The customer also warrants that he/she is not under the influence of alcohol at the time the order is submitted.

Online orders

As with all of our online, e-mail and print publications, this website was created for the exclusive use of our customers for research and buying purposes. No publication may be duplicated, redistributed or modified in whole or part without prior written authorization from The Beer Cellar.

Orders placed and credit approved by 1pm, Monday - Friday for items in Stock will ship the same day as ordered (see shipping methods). Orders placed and credit approved anytime Saturday or Sunday for items in Stock will ship on the following Monday. These cutoff times are a guideline, and are subject to possible change or modification due to prevailing circumstances. This information does not constitute a guarantee.

Telephone orders

We do not accept order via Telephone. All orders must be placed online.

Pricing
Prices, promotions and product availability are subject to change without notice. We do our best to provide the most accurate, up-to-date information, but errors do occur, and we reserve the right to make changes without notice. If you have ordered a product that is subject to a price increase, we will hold your order and inform you of the increase. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars.

As a general rule, every product on our website is IN STOCK.

Credit & Debit cards
The Beer Cellar accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. We do not charge your card for an item until it is shipped. All orders are subject to credit verification and approval. For your protection, credit card orders shipped to an address other than your billing address may require additional verification.

Note: The Name that will appear on your credit card statement will be 'The Beer Cellar'.

Gift Vouchers
Orders may also be paid for by Gift Voucher. Once you have added product to your shopping cart, Click on the 'Redeem Voucher' button, prior to completing the check out process.

The Beer Cellar Limited - NZ Company Number 879716, Trading as The Beer Cellar, located at Unit 4, 550 Te Rapa Road, Te Rapa, Hamilton, is the holder of a Liquor License 15/OFF/1339/2020. Any sales of alcohol made via this internet site will be made on that liquor license. The applicable law for transactions for the purchase of alcohol on this internet site are the laws of New Zealand. The Laws of Sale and contract by any other country do not apply. By placing an order with www.beercellar.co.nz you accept that the ownership of the goods passes to the customer upon payment and dispatch of the goods from our warehouse. All product will arrive to you Duty and GST Paid. You will not be liable for any additional charges.
