Saison – leave it to the French – excuse-moi, the Wallonians – to make what is essentially a Farmhouse Ale sound incredibly chic. So this is our attempt to brew a seh·zon as clean and crisp as the French word itself.

We dropped intensely fruity and fragrant herbs like bergamot and chamomile and a bit of ginger for heat to elevate the Farmhouse Ale into a country estate aperitif. Not a Saison, amies, but a seh·zon!
