To make this delicious hazy IPA we used Spectra, a brand new yeast from our mates at Froth Technologies. This exciting new yeast was designed to produce clean and flavourful beers with a thick haze and luscious body.
To brew Frother we packed the whirlpool with top quality NZ hops. Riwaka, Moutere and Motueka deliver a big kiwi punch on the palate. This profile was rounded out with a ridiculous triple dry hop of Australian Vic Secret and US Sabro bringing a rich bouquet of ripe pineapple, juicy nectarine and ruby red grapefruit.
