A meticulous water profile copied from the wells of České Budějovice, a freshly international import of the house yeast strain from Budvar National Brewery, and a traditional decoction mash on our definitely-not-fit-for-purpose two-vessel system.
Expect a solid, bready malt character with pronounced hop bitterness and a bold yet refreshing finish. A post-modern take on a traditional classic. Na zdraví!
