Crisp meets chaos. A clean Bohemian-style pilsner base with soft water, golden malt backbone and noble bitterness, collides with a riot of dry hops. Simcoe, Motueka, Citra, and Nelson Sauvin layer zesty lime, ripe tropical fruit, and white wine aromatics over a snappy, cracker malt finish. Bitter enough to bite, smooth enough to crush.
