This is a pretty beer to look at; a glowing 24k gold, with the faintest hint of hop cone green, pouring a striking dense, tight white foam which blooms even after it’s in the glass, lingering and lacing its way down as you drink. Sweet pineapple, mango and tangerine greet the nose. The first sip a roller coaster of lemon and lime skittles, juicy grapefruit, punchy passionfruit, peach - and sweet mandarin. Beautiful bitter-sweet balance and drinkability, with a fantastic fresh citrus candy finish make May a tough act to follow.
