Our take on a classic Tripel. With a simple grain bill , organic sugar , and a fair amount of noble hops for balance. The spicy nose and taste is entirely from the yeast malt and hop combination. Great for cellar aging.
Food pairing: Lunch AND dinner, but only if you’re in Belgium. Proper bread and butter. Witloof, and other strong temperate climate vegetables. Fish, mussels, soft or strong cheese, fowl, fruit desserts, nougat, jenever.
