Kem and his Eggers Hops family are shaping what expressive NZ hops are all about. pESH is a variety of theirs that stood out to us at harvest selection and we've been hanging out to use it. Paired with Nelson in the dry hop to amplify the zing, this beer is intensely tropical, with an edge of green feijoa and pineapple skin to brighten the experience. Pillowy soft, with sherberty flavours of citrus and grape rounding out the flight plan
