Named after one of Aotearoa’s rarest birds, the Kakī is usually difficult to track down. Ours is much easier to find. Smooth, lightly roasted and surprisingly easy-drinking, it’s a dark lager for those who don’t usually drink dark lagers. Binoculars optional.
