For this colab we took the still water from Juno Gin's exclusive one-off Summer Gin featuring Mangoes, Lime, Chilli Pepper and Juniper and used it in our own Mash water, dry hopped with Talus and Cryo-Sabro and topped off with a generous dose of Juno's finished Summer Gin. The result is a beautifully complex and subtle botanical unfiltered blend.
