Bière de Garage, one of the original 24 beers that began the Garage Project, and a firm favourite at the brewery. Hops slip back into a minor supporting role in this deliciously tart farmhouse ale, brewed with Belgian pilsner, biscuit and aromatic malts and infused with whole sour cherries. The result is a uniquely refreshing mix of sparkling sour fruit with a touch of almond sweetness. Here's to old friends made new again.
