You can expect DVB to pull the Sword from the Stone of Tradition and break the rules a bit. While we LOVE the traditional Kölsch beers, we feel it is our calling to push the envelope and have a second vision for what they could be. Kölsch is based on refreshing clean and delicious. The best fruit to match that in our humble opinion is Watermelon! We are going to battle with the purity laws in the name of freedom for your tastebuds.
