Based around a single malt - English Golden Promise - and boiled for six hours to develop complexity, colour, and richness, then aged for a year, this is the classic English barley-wine. Look for intense toffee, Christmas pudding, burnt raisins and rich caramel.

This 2022 vintage beer was brewed in 2021, aged for a year, saw some limited keg-only release, and has now been bottled to give more people something to drink with their blue cheese!
