Rhum Edition 2021: The "Grande Réserve" barrel fermented is an exceptional beer that benefits from triple fermentation and extended maturing in barrels. Unfiltered, unpasteurised, this beer has an incomparable rounded, wooden flavour. A balance between roundness and power that will be appreciated at best between 6 months and 1 year after its bottling. This edition from February 2021 boasts an excellent blend of the characters of Chimay Blue and Rum. 24% French oak. 49% American oak. 27% Rum

Oak Edition 2019: Under its intense dark brown color, this edition has a rich palette of aromas and flavors. The sweetness of vanilla is what hits the nose, but you will be surprised by a real range of fruity and spicy aromas. There is also a floral nuance of chamomile and a hint of almond liqueur. The combination of apricots and candied fruits with the creamy mocha perfectly reflects the great complexity of this beer. Barrels: 40% French oak, 60% American oak.

Armagnac 2020 Edition : This is a deep dark brown beer. On the nose, a vanilla scent on a base of sweet caramel and pure chocolate combines with woody impressions complemented by a discreet hint of Armagnac. On the palate, we discover a perfect balance allowing the fruity aromas to express themselves. In the aftertaste, we appreciate the woody tannins and the sweeter flavors of the must. Barrels: 28% Armagnac, 24% French oak, 48% American oak.
