Ichiban Shibori (Kurosama) is easy to drink and enjoys a rich flavor.
Using special manufacturing technology, we are able to bring out the clear flavor of the barley without any unpleasant taste, even in dark beer.

Based on the Ichiban Shibori method, we have newly adopted low-temperature wort filtration similar to ?Ichiban Shibori?. Furthermore, by devising a malt blend, we have achieved an easy-to-drink taste that has a rich umami flavor but no unpleasant tastes.
