Black Sheep Ale is brewed using traditional methods in restored antique brewing vessels and fermented in the unusual Yorkshire Square system to achieve a beer of the highest quality. A superb premium bitter containing generous handfuls of choice hops, it is a full flavoured ale with a rich fruit nose. The bittersweet malty taste is followed by a long, dry and bitter finish.
