St. Austell Proper Job Cornish IPA is a proper India Pale Ale, Proper Job is a strong golden ale that’s powerfully hopped. Brewed using natural Cornish spring water and Maris Otter barley blended with 3 carefully selected varieties of hops, it’s bursting with citrus and grapefruit flavours. Naturally conditioned in the bottle to ensure maximum flavour.
Dark orange body with a tall and lasting off-white head. The aroma is not excessively hoppy, light at the nose but in the mouth delivers grass, resin, and some grapefruit notes. The texture is watery, leaving an average bitter flavour. Great example of english IPA.
