This is a NZ version of a German version of a Czech version of a German beer. The Germans created lager, the Czechs turned it into a pilsner, the Germans tweaked it, and then we did our bit, Sound complicated? It's actually beautifully simple. Light in body, slightly hoppy, and very refreshing. Prost! Or should that be na zdravi? Cheers, anyway, however you choose to say it.
