For this Roman Stallion, we blended red wine and oak from Gaul with aromatic Nelson Sauvin hops, coriander seed, fresh bergamot and grapefruit. It's citrusy and sour but not too, capiche? Like Roman emperors and spaghetti westerns, this beer is witty, sarcastic and inspiring (with the exception of Nero and Caligula). A grape ale that follows its own rules (even if there are no rules).
