Rising from the depths is a rogue wave, our new core-range IPA. Like our previous IPA, the inspiration comes from tradition, but we have used Gladfield Supernova in place of Crystal Malt. The grain bill offers colour and depth without too much sweetness. A trio of Aussies hops, Galaxy, Eclipse, and Vic Secret lay down layers of pine, tangerine, papaya, and melon. With a lingering but unoffensive bitterness, making it an easy choice for a session.
