Officially, this is a Mexican-style lager. But you could think of it as a Dunedin cerveza. A very refreshing beer from a city that could hardly be further south of the border. It's crisp, with a malty backbone, subtle hop flavours, and just a hint of citrus - but feel free to add a fresh slice of your own.
