We have chosen our two favourite NZ hops, Riwaka & Nelson Sauvin and dry hopped on a light pilsner malt base so the flavour profile of these hops shine through. Think passionfruit, grapefruit& citrus flavour from the Riwaka & white grape & gooseberry from the Nelson Sauvin.
