Wairua is crisp and refreshing with strong tropical fruit and gooseberry with a powerful, dank diesel character. The way we’ve employed these punchy hops in such a restrained Pilsner style, gives the beer a distinct New Zealand spin. We chose to brew with 100% Gladfield Malt and innovative Lalbrew Novalager yeast for a clean base and a crisp finish
