Ichiban means ‘best’ and 'first' in Japanese and is brewed using Kirin’s unique First Press process or Ichiban Shibori method. This process brews beer from the most flavourful of the ingredients for a smooth, rich, and less bitter flavour, giving Kirin Ichiban a wider audience appeal.
