High Waters is a new IPA championing a brand new cultivar flown direct from the Freestyle hop farm in NZ of Peacharine™ - in rubbing and brewing trails this hop has displayed a complex nectarine and citrus character with sweet fruit, lime zest and indistinct tropical notes. Naturally, we’ve used this in combination with Freestyle Motueka™, and US Citra® hops along with an addition of thiol-rich Phantasm™, and fermented out with our in-house hazy yeast strain.
