Un Deux Trois is styled after the Belgian oude geuze ale. This is a blend of one, two and three year aged lambic beers. Lambics are known for their acidity and cider-like flavours.
A blend of one, two and three year old, lambic-style. Made in the traditional manner, and spontaneously fermented in Oamaru.
