
Heirloom german pilsner malt and plump malted wheat were fermented with kölsch yeast to make for a delicious and mildly expressive base beer. Bittered in the kettle with motueka and very lightly dry hopped with a tinge of wai-iti. this beer was cold conditioned for 5 weeks before being packaged up and deservedly lidded with a gold top. Lemon & lime curd pie with a butter and biscuit base. Fresh peach, stone fruits and corner bakery fruit custard tarts.
