A West Coast IPA inspired by the classic Surf Rock song. Bombora represents the continued evolution of a genre. Like a musician, we're always experimenting and trying to push the envelope, so for this WCIPA we've done things a little differently! Upon a light base beer with a slightly dry finish, we've hopped this with Azacca and Vic's Secret, for a nice tropical note. To turn up the dial to max punchiness, we've also added a healthy dose of cryo Simcoe hops, for a very modern take on a classic style.
